We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the baby gift you choose or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@weshipbabygifts.com or call us at (800) 750-2799 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from We Ship Baby Gifts.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when the order was placed. The product descriptions for We Ship Baby Gifts provide an estimated time to ship. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at (800) 750-2799 to discuss special arrangements.

Shipping
We Ship Baby Gifts uses UPS Ground for most shipping. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at (800) 750-2799. We can do that too. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.

Canadian and International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all Canadian and International shipments.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
We Ship Baby Gifts has no minimum order requirement. Don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you come up with the perfect idea for your particular baby gift!

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Dallas, Texas. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
